Shipping policy

All orders are packed and dispatched from Ireland.

Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods such as new drops or event weekends, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you posted if so.

Delivery

Available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email, including tracking details where a tracked service is used.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and aren't guaranteed — occasional delays can happen once an order is with the carrier, especially around holidays.

Addresses and missed deliveries

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund (less delivery costs where applicable).
