Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made through this store, operated by Cresta Collective ("we", "us"), based in Ireland. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we've received your order — a contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where there's an obvious pricing or product error, or where we suspect fraud; if payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euro (€). Delivery costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Products

We do our best to display product colours and details accurately, but colours can vary slightly between screens and print runs. Sizing information is provided as a guide.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our refund policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment is received in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Cresta name, logo, designs, graphics and photography — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first via our contact page — we'll always try to sort it out directly.
